Helpful by design. Respectful in use.

Updated 13 September 2026

Use BIGI to answer genuine interest. Respect the person, the platform and the boundaries of your business.

Permission comes first

Manage only accounts and content you are authorised to use. Follow Instagram and Meta rules, applicable law, your customer promises and the terms of your connected services. Do not bypass permissions, messaging windows, account restrictions or rate limits.

Conversations, not spam

Do not use BIGI for mass unsolicited messages, automatic new-follower outreach, purchased engagement, deceptive promotions or repeated contact after an opt-out. A keyword should have a clear relationship to the information offered.

Respect a person’s refusal and do not use a private reply as permission for unrelated follow-up. Collect only the lead fields needed for the stated purpose and explain how the information will be used.

Content and business claims

Do not create or distribute illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, threatening or fraudulent material. Do not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent an affiliation or infringe copyright and other rights.

Review prices, stock, dates, offers, links and policy claims before approving them. Do not represent a suggestion, accepted message or link click as proof of a sale, registration or completed service.

Sensitive information and consequential decisions

Do not request passwords, authentication codes, financial credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal data through BIGI conversations or lead forms. Do not intentionally target children or collect their sensitive data.

Do not use BIGI to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, healthcare or other consequential services. Route complaints, sensitive questions and uncertain facts to a responsible person.

Protect the service

Do not attempt unauthorised access, spread malware, exploit another workspace, disable safeguards or overload the service. Security reports should be sent privately to info@heybigi.com with the minimum necessary evidence.

Enforcement and review

We may pause affected actions or accounts to contain abuse, security incidents or legal and platform risks. Where practical and lawful, we explain the reason and how to address it. Serious issues may require immediate restriction.

If you believe a restriction is mistaken, email info@heybigi.com with the account details and a concise explanation. We review relevant evidence; a review request does not authorise continuing the restricted activity.
