The marketing pages do not set cookies or browser storage for advertising, analytics or personalisation. Navigation, FAQ expansion and the interactive example work without persistent tracking.
Our hosting provider processes ordinary request and security information to deliver and protect pages. This can include IP address, browser metadata and request time. These records are described in the privacy notice.
When you open the BIGI app
The application at app.heybigi.com uses essential cookies for authentication, session continuity and protecting account connection and email-verification flows. These functions are necessary to provide the requested account service.
Application security and connection cookies are managed by the application’s authentication flow. The marketing website does not read or set those session credentials. Logging out ends the active session according to the application’s session controls; clearing your browser cookies can also remove local session access.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential application cookies may prevent sign-in or a secure Instagram connection. You can still read these marketing pages.
There is no optional tracking to accept or reject on this website, so no consent banner is needed for the current implementation. If optional tracking is introduced, it must remain off until any required consent has been given, with an equally accessible way to refuse or withdraw it.
Third-party links and questions
Following an external link opens that provider’s service, where its own cookie practices apply. The generated Sunday Clay images do not connect to Instagram.
