AI Transparency Notice

Updated 25 September 2026

BIGI uses AI to prepare content and support eligible Instagram conversations. Account owners choose the information, permissions and automation level, and remain able to review, pause or take over.

What BIGI does with AI

BIGI can prepare posts, Stories, campaign steps, comment replies and direct message replies from the information and instructions an account owner provides. It can use relevant conversation context and approved Brain information to continue an eligible exchange. The account owner chooses whether work stays as a draft, requires review or can run automatically within the available controls.

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. BIGI does not verify every fact, price, link or promise. Account owners must keep source information current and apply appropriate review before publishing or sending information that could affect another person.

When followers interact with automation

Follower facing messages are sent through the connected Instagram account and use the account owner’s approved voice. This does not make the system a human. Account owners must give people clear information when applicable law requires disclosure that they are interacting with AI or automation. BIGI must not be used to impersonate a specific employee or to conceal automation where disclosure is required.

The disclosure should appear at a time and place a follower can understand, such as the account profile, campaign entry point or conversation. An account owner remains responsible for the disclosure used for its audience and context. Human takeover must remain available for sensitive, disputed or uncertain conversations.

Generated and edited content

BIGI can help draft text and can use configured providers for requested image, audio or video work. Content that falls within a legal labelling or machine readable marking requirement must keep the required disclosure and provenance information. Users must not remove required labels or publish generated media in a deceptive way.

Creative drafts, ordinary editing assistance and content reviewed by a responsible person can be subject to different duties depending on the material and its use. The account owner must check the final content, intellectual property rights and any disclosure required for advertising, endorsements or matters of public interest.

Information used and service providers

BIGI sends the information needed for a requested feature to its configured AI provider. This may include the owner’s instruction, approved Brain information and relevant nearby conversation context. The Privacy Notice explains purposes, legal bases, recipients, transfers and retention. The Subprocessor Register identifies the configured services and optional paths.

Brain stores workspace context and corrections for later work. It is not a separately trained foundation model. Owners can inspect, correct and remove Brain information. Do not place unnecessary sensitive personal information, passwords, authentication codes or financial credentials in prompts, knowledge or lead forms.

Owner control and human review

Observe mode records eligible activity without sending an AI reply. Review mode prepares work for a person to approve. Automatic mode can act only within configured permissions, rules and supported eligibility. Owners can pause an automation, change its mode, correct Brain information and take over a conversation.

BIGI is not intended to make decisions about employment, credit, housing, healthcare, education access, law enforcement or other matters with legal or similarly significant effects. Complaints, safety issues, sensitive disclosures and uncertain facts should be routed to a responsible person.

Questions and concerns

Ask the relevant Instagram account owner how automation is used in a particular conversation. For questions about BIGI, email info@heybigi.com. For privacy requests, email gdpr@sita.dev. Report output that appears deceptive, unsafe or contrary to this notice with the relevant account and enough context to investigate, without sending passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
