Give Brain your products, FAQs, links and tone of voice. Review its suggestions and correct what needs changing. Replies use that context; AI can still make mistakes, so choose the approval mode that suits you.

Yes. Choose Observe to inspect activity, Review to approve suggested actions, or Automatic for eligible replies within your rules. You can pause automation and take over a conversation.

No. BIGI is designed for eligible conversations and requested private replies, within Instagram’s messaging rules. It does not offer mass cold DMs, purchased followers or automated new-follower outreach.

BIGI helps with ideas, captions, scripts and saved content drafts. Add your photos or videos, review the finished content, then publish or schedule supported formats where your connected account has access. Story publishing requires an eligible Business account. AI image and video generation is not included in the Free or €25 Pro plans.

Choose a post, keyword and destination link. When someone comments with the keyword, BIGI can send an eligible private reply with that link. You review the campaign, audience and timing before activating it. These are organic interaction campaigns, not paid Instagram ads.

BIGI can help with relevant follow-ups in eligible conversations. Further automated DMs depend on the person replying and the messaging window remaining open. Following your account or commenting on a post does not permit unlimited DMs. Opt-outs and human takeover stop automatic replies.

BIGI answers questions and shares your approved product, booking or checkout link. Purchases happen through your payment provider. Bookings can use your booking link or an explicitly approved action through a configured custom connector. BIGI does not replace your shop or guarantee sales or follower growth.

The Pro button opens BIGI’s account signup. You can set up your workspace without a card or charge. Pro is €25 per workspace per month, excluding VAT where applicable. Paid checkout is not open yet; availability and billing terms must be confirmed before any paid activation. Signing up does not start a paid subscription.

BIGI connects to Instagram Business and Creator accounts. Share your website, documents and approved links as context. Other services need a compatible custom connector, set up by your developer. Supported actions can include checking products or orders, saving leads and booking appointments. Ready-made Shopify or CRM integrations are not included.

Yes. Replies depend on Instagram’s permissions, rate limits and messaging windows, as well as your workspace settings. A Pro subscription does not remove those limits. Check the reason shown for a blocked action rather than repeatedly retrying it.

No. Authorisation takes place with Instagram. BIGI uses the permissions you grant through the connection flow and never asks you to give BIGI your Instagram password.

Yes. Export your workspace from Profile or request deletion. Disconnecting Instagram stops access through that connection; deleting your BIGI workspace removes stored workspace data subject to legal retention. Our data deletion page explains both options.
