BIGI is operated by Stockholm IT Academi AB, organisation number 559337-9141, VAT number SE559337914101. Registered contact address: Fallskärmsgatan 1 lgh 1302, 128 34 Skarpnäck, Stockholm, Sweden.
For service, account or commercial questions, email info@heybigi.com. For personal-data requests, email gdpr@sita.dev. Include enough information to identify your request, but do not email passwords, access tokens or unnecessary sensitive data.
Service terms and privacy
The Terms of Service explain account eligibility, use of BIGI, pricing, cancellation, responsibilities and dispute handling. The Privacy Notice explains how personal data is processed. The Cookie Policy covers website storage. The Acceptable Use Policy explains restrictions on content and automation.
Where BIGI processes follower or lead data on an account owner’s behalf, the applicable data processing agreement must be put in place. The published agreement is a draft for review and does not represent a signed contract. This notice does not replace those documents or limit mandatory legal rights.
Examples and AI-generated imagery
Nora Ellis, Sunday Clay, Morning Fold and their illustrated conversations are fictional examples. Their profile photographs and editorial imagery are AI-generated. Product walkthroughs illustrate possible workflows; they are not testimonials, customer results or evidence that an action occurred on a live account.
BIGI does not guarantee follower growth, sales, revenue or approval from Instagram. Connected actions depend on permissions, account eligibility and service availability. Account owners remain responsible for reviewing information and choosing which actions to enable.
Names, content and external services
Rights in BIGI’s website, software, branding and materials remain with their respective owners. Content supplied by users remains subject to the ownership and limited processing permissions described in the Terms of Service.
Instagram and Meta names identify third-party services. BIGI is independent of, and is not endorsed by, Instagram or Meta. External services have their own terms and privacy practices; following a link does not make those services part of BIGI’s contractual commitments.
Questions and corrections
Report an error in company information, a rights concern or an issue with website content to info@heybigi.com. Identify the relevant page and explain the concern. For a security issue, follow the reporting guidance on the Security page and avoid including other people’s personal data.
