Delete your BIGI data.

Request deletion
Email info@heybigi.com with the subject “BIGI data deletion”. You can also contact gdpr@sita.dev.
Include your Instagram username, the email associated with your BIGI account if you have one, and whether you want your entire workspace or specific records deleted. If you interacted with a creator using BIGI, include that creator’s username so we can identify the relevant workspace. Never send passwords, Instagram tokens or login codes.
We verify your identity and, where necessary, coordinate with the Instagram account owner responsible for the records. We respond within one month. If a request requires more time under applicable law, we explain the reason and extension within that period.
What deletion covers
A workspace deletion request covers the account’s stored connection, settings, chats, knowledge and memories, campaigns, uploaded assets and lead records, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. We confirm completion and explain any information that must be retained. Follower requests cover the identifiable records held on that owner’s behalf.
Stop Instagram access now
In BIGI, open Profile, then Instagram, and select “Disconnect Instagram”. You can also remove BIGI from Instagram’s connected apps settings. Disconnecting does not by itself erase saved workspace information. Deleting data from BIGI does not remove messages or posts already held by Instagram.
