Accessibility

Updated 13 September 2026

We aim to make BIGI’s website readable and usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and different screen sizes.

Scope and approach

This statement covers the marketing pages on heybigi.com. The signed-in application at app.heybigi.com and third-party services are separate experiences. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the reference used to guide improvements, not a claim that the whole service has been independently certified.

Reading and navigation

Pages use structured headings, labelled navigation, keyboard focus indicators and a skip-to-content link. Meaningful photographs have text alternatives. Illustrative chat messages use selectable HTML text rather than text baked into images.

Walkthrough steps have labelled buttons and a consistent preview frame. A preview containing more content than fits can be focused and scrolled. Layouts adapt to smaller screens without requiring the whole page to scroll horizontally.

Motion controls

The chat walkthrough advances with page scrolling and includes previous and next controls. Brain examples rotate while visible; focusing or selecting a card holds its content, and hovering over the reply pauses changes. A reduced-motion preference disables automatic rotation and decorative movement. Step previews change only when selected.

Checks and limitations

Checks include automated accessibility rules, keyboard navigation, responsive layouts and visual inspection. Automated tools cannot establish full accessibility: screen-reader experiences, browser differences and user-specific needs may reveal additional barriers.

Photographic content can contain incidental details that are not reproduced in text. Third-party authentication and Instagram interfaces are outside our control. If a feature or format prevents you from accessing information, contact us for assistance or an alternative format.

Report an accessibility problem

Email info@heybigi.com with the page address, what you were trying to do and what prevented you from doing it. If useful, include your browser, device or assistive technology. These details are optional; do not send account credentials or private messages.

Tell us how you would prefer to receive a response or the information you need. We will assess the barrier and work with you on a practical way to access it. Our Privacy Notice explains how contact correspondence is handled.
