Compare the work you need done.
List your routine tasks first: sharing requested links, answering questions, drafting posts or running campaigns. A tool that covers only one task may still be enough. A wider feature list is useful only if you will use it. Count your active conversations rather than assuming every follower needs an automated reply.
Check the billing unit.
A contact, message, automation and AI credit are different units. One person can send several messages, and one workflow can contain several actions. Compare each provider’s definition, included allowance and overage policy. Separate monthly prices from annual commitments.
A monthly equivalent can require a full year paid upfront. Check the actual charge, renewal date, cancellation terms, currency and applicable tax. Compare the same usage tier and billing period. An annual plan for a much larger contact allowance is not the yearly version of an entry-level monthly plan.
Understand BIGI’s current availability.
BIGI has Free access and a planned €25 per month Pro price. Paid activation is not open yet. Signup requires no card, creates no paid subscription and starts by connecting an eligible Instagram account. Final AI allowances and the proposed Free Forever rollout are separate decisions; do not assume unlimited AI usage.
Include the costs outside the subscription.
Allow time to prepare accurate account information, review replies and maintain campaigns. AI image and video generation is separate from BIGI’s Free and €25 Pro plans. Your checkout, booking software and any custom integration can have their own costs. Organic reply campaigns do not include an advertising budget.
Test one useful workflow before spending more.
Choose a recurring question and one approved link. Measure whether people receive the right answer and can complete the next step. Review quality and time spent, not only the number of automated messages. A link click indicates interest; your checkout or booking system confirms the outcome.
