BIGI’s scope
Instagram is the connected channel. Custom shop or CRM integrations need developer setup. Publishing depends on account access; Story publishing requires an eligible Business account. There are no guaranteed sales or follower increases.

These are the newer plans introduced in March 2026. Availability varies by account and region. Legacy plans can differ, and an older AI product page still describes a separate add-on.
Budget for additional contacts
On monthly plans, Essential adds $0.10 and Pro $0.05 per additional active contact. Manychat’s listed prices exclude tax; other channels and extra seats can add costs.
