Set up BIGI Brain with your information and voice

By BIGI · Updated

Give BIGI your profile details, FAQs, offers, links and writing style. Learn how to review sources, correct saved information and manage memories.

Start with the questions that come up every day.

Start with your profile and the recurring questions in your Instagram inbox. A creator might add the price and contents of a €9 guide. Sunday Clay would add what its pottery workshop includes and whether beginners can join. You do not need a business or a product to use Brain.

Separate facts from voice.

A fact is “Clay and firing are included.” A voice preference is “Keep replies warm and brief.” Store both, but do not let a stylistic preference become a promise about the business.

Use sources you can stand behind.

Share your website, documents or other account information. Review what BIGI finds before confirming it. Make sure the page is current and that prices, dates and details apply to the right offer. You can leave out information you do not want BIGI to use.

Make the next step explicit.

Add the relevant product, booking or information link. Describe when it is useful. The assistant should not send every customer to a sales page regardless of their question.

Correct once, then check the next suggestion.

Tell BIGI when a detail changes, or edit it in Brain. Remove old information that contradicts the update. Then review a related suggested reply. For example, if a guide now includes a rainy-day route, check that the next relevant answer mentions it correctly.

Keep private information out of public answers.

Avoid putting personal customer information or credentials into general business knowledge. Review and remove unnecessary memories. Use the workspace export and deletion controls when information no longer belongs there.

Put it into practice.

Start with your own account information and choose the actions you want to review.
