Control Instagram automation with approvals and takeover

By BIGI · Updated

Understand BIGI Observe, Review and Automatic modes, human takeover and when to pause Instagram automation.

Observe before you delegate.

Start by seeing the conversations and the information available to BIGI. Use this time to find gaps in your FAQs and identify questions that should always reach a person.

Use Review for a new offer.

A campaign with new prices, dates or terms deserves a closer look. Review suggested actions before approving them and check the relevant source in Brain.

Automatic still needs a boundary.

When eligible actions are ready to run automatically, keep their scope clear. Use approved sources, the relevant posts and the permitted messaging context. Automatic mode does not override platform limits or missing permissions.

Take over when a person is needed.

A complaint, an uncertain promise or a sensitive personal question should move to a person. Use human takeover so automatic replies do not compete with your response.

Pause when the context changes.

A workshop selling out, a changed booking link or an incorrect answer is a reason to pause and correct the source. Confirm the change before restoring automatic activity.

Read outcomes honestly.

Review the conversations, action status and available link or form activity. If followers keep asking the same unanswered question, add its answer to Brain. Treat clicks and form responses as interest; completed purchases and bookings are confirmed by your own checkout or booking system.

Put it into practice.

Start with your own account information and choose the actions you want to review.
