Start with the right channel.
Open Inbox and choose DMs or Comments. DM conversations stay separate from public comment threads. Search for the person or conversation you need, then open it to read the context before replying.
Check what needs your attention.
Use Needs you to find conversations that require a person. Read the messages and any reason BIGI could not answer. Missing facts, sensitive questions and requests for personal help deserve a closer look.
Choose Reply myself.
Select Reply myself when you want to handle the conversation. BIGI pauses automatic replies for that conversation, so it does not compete with your response. Check whether you are answering a public comment or a DM before sending.
Send the answer you can confirm.
Use the conversation history and your confirmed information. Review the message and any destination link. If sending is blocked, read the explanation; taking over does not remove Instagram’s messaging windows or permission requirements.
Return the conversation when it is ready.
Choose Let BIGI reply when you are ready to hand the conversation back. Automatic replies still follow your workspace settings and account eligibility. Keep human control if a complaint or uncertain detail still needs your attention.
Improve the next answer.
If you answered a recurring question, add the useful general facts to Brain. Keep personal details out of shared account knowledge. Review activity to confirm what happened; a suggested or queued reply is not proof that the person received it.
Put it into practice.
Start with your own account information and choose the actions you want to review.
